ACE Adventure Resort is quickly becoming known for its world-class mountain biking trails, located on over 1,400 acres on the rim of the New River Gorge, West Virginia. http://www.aceraft.com/west-virginia-mountain-biking-tours We've got singletrack, downhill, and even some easy rides. With plenty of different trips and trails to choose from, you'll definitely find a perfect fit for you. You could choose to spend a half day riding along the Thurmond-Minden trail. You'll get to visit the historic town of Thurmond and ride along a Rails to Trails path back to ACE. Maybe you'd rather follow the Gauley River. This ride is almost all downhill. You'll start at the Meadow River and pedal to Wood's Ferry to watch some rafters paddle down some of the most exciting white water in the country. If mountain biking is your thing, check out our full day Tour de Gorge. Yes, it's as sweet as it sounds. This is a challenging ride through 15 miles in the New River Gorge. You'll ride lots of singletrack, have a delicious lunch and finish your day at ACE's put-in on the bank of the New River. If all that's too much to handle, just remember this.
