ACE Lake
The lake gives my students something to do in the evenings and the kids loved the new slide. ACE has so many activities to choose from, the food is fabulous, the group camping is convenient and affordable, and most importantly the staff (especially the guides) are wonderful.

On our down time we enjoyed the lake facilities and you have added a lot more since last year. We make ACE a yearly trip for our family and next year we are planning to bring even more people.

The lake and toys in the water are new since my last visit as a young Scout in the '80s. Very nice. We couldn't get the boys out of the lake. They had so much fun on the water.

LODGING
The campsite met our expectations. We had plenty of space to set up. The trees surrounding the site provided privacy and also ways to hang a tarp to cover our picnic table. We were pleased with the later quiet time, as we enjoyed eating and drinking around the campfire until quite late. Our neighbors were friendly and respectful. So was the staff at the lodging check-in.

The resort itself was beautiful! We stayed in a Log Cottage and loved it. The cabins are not on top of each other, very clean & the hot tubs are perfect after a day of rafting (or a day of climbing in ACE Lake).

We arrived around 10 PM and drove to the Cedar Cabins and fell into our beds. Upon our arrival the check-in staff, a young lady and young man were helpful and courteous to us weary youth leaders. Our young men built a campfire in the ring and sat up chatting, quiet after midnight, and so enjoyed themselves. The Cedar Cabins are wonderful, remind me of Mom and Dad's up-north home in Michigan.

Wow! I was so impressed with your trip lunch! I was expecting peanut butter and jelly, and we had an amazing spread. Everything was laid out very quickly and the food was delicious.
