Kids CampDay Camp Action Learning at ACE's Kids Camp Kids Camp at ACE is a fun, “action-learning” Day Camp experience for youth 5 to 10 years old.Kids love it and parents can get away for a day while the kids enjoy supervised activities. The Kids Camp activities are designed in collaboration with professional educators and our own kids and are taught by skilled instructor/counselors. At ACE's Kids Camp, kids and parents spend a full day together rafting the Upper New River, then we add 1 to 5 days of "kids only" adventures at the Day Camp. While the kids are having the time of their lives, parents can spend "camp days" of their own pursuing adult activities. After each day's activities, the family gets together for dinner, lodging and stories of the day's adventures. The CurriculumDay Camp Activities may include "challenge" games, nature discovery walks, camp crafts, games and supervised beach and ACE Lake activities, depending on ages and interests of the campers.Meals: lunch is included and served in our Lakeside Dining Hall All Kids Camp activities meet and take place at our 1,400-acre Adventure Resort, nestled inside the 70,000-acre New River Gorge National River...no driving needed!
