To the Owner/Owners of Ace:
Customer service is such an important part of any business. In your business it is even tougher as
you are dealing with so many high risk, tiring activities and the uncontrollable elements of weather.
We just made our fourth visit to Ace. That probably says it all without further discussion. However,
the experience each time has been professional. I watch not only the staff that I am directly dealing
with but the other staff and how they are handling "the crowds".
Each time we have had to stay in a local, "high quality" , hotel as our planning has not been
organized enough to secure lodging at Ace. I only wish the people at the hotel were half as efficient,
courteous, intelligent and engaged in their jobs as each and everyone of you staff.
Keep up the good hiring practices and make sure to continue to remember to reward your staff as
they are your best asset.
Thank you for providing a place to get away from reality.
