Description
Brand new for 2008! this two and a half hour introductory ATV tour will start with a 30-minute safety and instructional session. After learning the basics your guide will lead you through the forest so you can discover rarely seen parts of our resort! We will use Can Am 400 tandem ATVs to maneuver through the mud, briars and trees while viewing the awesome scenery.
What to Wear
Old clothes that you do not mind getting muddy. Long Sleeves and Long Pants - no shorts!
Heavy jeans and gloves are recommended to protect against briars. Boots are highly recommended and sandals are not permitted!
In the colder months, remember to layer up - wearing synthetic materials as their bottom layer to keep dry. The colder it is, the more you wear - gloves, face mask, etc.
Special Notes
- There is a $300 deposit, per ATV, required at check in. We will charge the card at that time to hold funds. Guests are responsible for all
damages, even those over $300. You will also be required to sign a
rental contract agreeing to the above terms. We can also accept a cash deposit, which will be returned after machine has been inspected after the tour.
- Including instruction, shuttle and equipment fitting, the trip will probably end up being around 3 hours, two of which will be spent riding the ATV's.
- Because of insurance liability, you are not allowed to bring you own ATV's to ride on our trails. If you have your own ATV and want a great place to ride it, check out Burning Rock, which opens this summer.
