All-Inclusive Dinner Banquet

Start off with hot buttered rolls accompanying a garden of salad greens and fresh veggies. Entrees for the day may include succulent flame-broiled steak, old-fashioned pig roast, fresh mountain trout, lemon-pepper salmon, barbecue baby-back ribs, and herb-roasted chicken. Side dishes range from garlic mashed potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, stewed apples, rice medleys, green beans amandine, to sugar snap peas. Finally, sumptuous lemonade, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.
Two of the above entrees with accompanying side dishes are available each evening...chef's choice. One additional youth friendly item such as pizza, hotdogs, or chicken tenders is available each day as well.

Fuel up on our hearty breakfast buffet. Choose from...scambled eggs and bacon, homemade buttermilk biscuits and gravy, sausage, potatoes, cereals, fresh fruits, muffins, bagels, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, and milk. Healthy Choice Egg Beaters and low-fat turkey bacon are always available by request.
