Return & Exchange Policy
AAG’s R&E Policy is hassle-free; no RMA number or return authorization needed and no restocking fees! Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can send it back within 30 days and we will replace it or refund your money.
You may return most of the items purchased online either by mail or in person. If you are planning to visit ACE Adventure Resort, you may return your item to the store on property; either exchange it for something you like better in the store, or receive a full refund on site.
Returns / Exchanges Via Mail
All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a carrier with tracking information and/or options to insure. Once items are received, you will be contacted within 48 hours - using the contact information provided on the return form - to confirm your return and credit your card with the purchase amount.
Please include a copy of your receipt and the AAG Return & Exchange Form with the item you wish to return or exchange. On the shipping label, mailed to the address on the top of the form, please be sure to add ATTN: Returns.
Footwear
Footwear will only be accepted for exchange or return if unworn and returned with the manufacturer’s original packaging in tact. If mailing, please be sure not to attach any postage to the manufacturer box or alter it in any way.
Kayaks / Watercraft / Paddles
Warranty on paddles and watercraft is specific to the individual manufacturer, and cannot be returned through the gear shop. All warranty claims must be filed through the manufacturer for exchanges or returns.
All returns are subject to the following guidelines:
- All returns must be in new condition, all tags attached, and original manufacturer’s packaging in tact.
- No returns on climbing equipment, swimwear, underwear, paddles or watercraft.
- No returns on used or laundered items.
- Sale and Clearance items are considered Final Sale, and may not be returned.
