The initiatives and activities available at ACE, coupled with a facilitation session focusing on your objectives, help your team build the foundation blocks for a successful leadership learning experience!

Needs Assessment
The needs assessment form is a tool used by our program planners to help craft the best program for your group. Due to the nature of some programs, it may not be possible to meet all goals. The needs assessment process helps us to refine the themes most applicable to your group for a successful and rewarding experience.
High Challenge Course at ACE
Get a new perspective “off the ground” to see what you and your group can do with just a little practice. ACE’s versatile High Ropes Course… a five-story tower and series of cables on which to walk and balance provide a variety of options to involve your group. It allows each member to choose his/her own challenges which increase in difficulty as each gains confidence!
 Alpine Tower Half Day Team Building - Trip #83
The High Challenge Ropes Course will provide an added adrenaline rush to your groups teambuilding experience. Our facilitators will concentrate on the high ropes elements of ACE's Alpine Tower. The Alpine Tower involves elements high off the ground and will develop your groups self-confidence while employing team support. Since it is a half day activity it can be scheduled along with other activities such as: Guided ATV Tours, or a half day guided horseback riding trip.

 Alpine Tower Evening Team Building - Trip #84
If you only have a few hours for team building, then this is the option for you. This can also be scheduled after another activity such as a Traditional Lower New Rapid Run, or a half-day guided rock climbing, Take a little time to scale ACE’s five-story alpine tower with over 25 different ways to the top

Low Challenge Course at ACE
The ACE Low Challenge Course offers a chance for a shared experience that can guide you and your team to a better understanding of how to function together. Using the idea of active learning and a whole lot of fun, the facilitators at ACE provide the ideal vehicle for group team building outside the “traditional” environment.
 Land Based Team Building Initiatives Half Day - Trip #82
Our half day Low Ropes Challenge course will provide an excellent teambuilding experience for your group. Your group will solve a series of initiatives to reinforce concepts such as trust, communication, and leadership. Our facilitators will focus on teambuilding initiatives, and cater them to your groups needs.

 Hydro-Dynamics Team Building Activity - Trip #240
Take a unique approach to group synergy, and go far beyond just paddling a raft together. Using the river as our tool, the pools and rapids of the New River create a powerful and compelling environment and a great opportunity for a corporate team building experience. This Trip was pioneered by ACE.

 Mountain Challenge Team Race - Trip #242
This multifaceted adventure race allows participants to have a variety of amazing experiences. From a basic adventure race to a complex combination of hiking, climbing, and orienteering, the Mountain Challenge will create cohesion within your group while teaching a few handy skills. Customize your Mountain Challenge with additional activities, or adjust the level of technology available… change from a GPS to compass, or add in a new element such as mountain biking or horseback riding.

Schedule your next meeting, conference, or training program at ACE Adventure Resort in the canyon setting of the New River Gorge.
