So apparently there are these things called “blogs.”
We were busy taking all sorts of people whitewater rafting for the past three decades, immersing ourselves and our guests and their friends in the great outdoors of Southern West Virginia, and creeping up like a vine out of digital nowhere come these “blog” things.
We handled computers when they came out. Cell phones and the internet? Well, we get it. But with these new obstacles – c’mon, we just have to call them rapids – these blogs … Are they class II? Class V? Can we surf this silicon hole?
Regardless, let it never be said that river rats can’t keep up in a high-tech world of social media or – more importantly – take some time and dedicated space to LISTEN to that story-lovin’ audience we call our guests. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the ACE Adventure Resort Blog.
