 Upper New River Ducky Trip
To add a little more action to the beginner-friendly Upper New, just add a Ducky. These are light, agile 1- or 2-person inflatable kayaks. Your Guides show you how easy it is to paddle your Ducky and then join you as you run the rapids, driving your own boat. The Upper New’s easy Class II and III rapids become much more exciting when you’re in a Duck.

 Upper New River Overnight
Bring the whole family for two great days of fun whitewater rafting the Upper New River. Each day features a 5 to 6 hour raft trip. You’ll spend the night under the stars at ACE’s private riverside camping spot. Your Guides will cook a delicious dinner and breakfast at the campsite and lunch is provided on the river each day. Once set up at the campsite, there’s lots of time for swimming plus your Guides can lead you on short hikes to beautiful and interesting places…including the old ghost town of Thurmond, WV. Family fun in the great outdoors!
